We will deliver on the day agreed in the contract and will give as much notice as possible so that you know what time to expect us.

The renter must give at least 3 working days’ notice before the end of the rental agreement or the agreement will renew.

After the initial term, payment is made weekly or 4-weekly from the end of the original rental period.

If you have paid for a longer period of hire and find you don’t need it, any remaining full weeks will be refunded to your payment card.

The equipment remains the property of Yorkshire Care Bed Hire and cannot be relocated or mistreated.

We reserve the right to charge a £75 fee if we are unable to deliver or collect the rental goods at the time and date agreed.
